Rowans Birthday Party

Rowan was very excited for his birthday party on Saturday, he kept running around saying "Holla!!  It's my birthday!!"  pumping his little hand in the air, it was so cute!!  He had a little preview on his actual birthday so he knew all the good stuff that was coming!!

It all started with his favorite foods, Hotdogs, cheese, grapes, chips and queso, bananas and Peanut butter, Pineapple, and Marshmallows.

This was all before the Mayhem began...

Brighton broke it open and they all just sat there and ate it instead of picking it up haha!

Rowan had a super fun birthday, he loved all his presents and got to eat cake and icecream, it was an awesome day!

Rowan Turns 2!!

Rowans a big boy now!!  He is officially 2 years old, crazy how time flies!!  His actual birthday was on Thursday and I had to work so I didn't get to join in on his festivities :(  But my mom stepped in and they had a fun day!!

She got him Balloons of course, it's not a birthday without balloons

She got him a  Cars book that had all the cars in the book that are in the movie and it came with a big fold out thing to drive the cars on

After a whole day of playing and partying, Andy came to pick them up after work and they had dinner and cupcakes for his birthday

He really like his cupcake!

My New Car

On Presidents Day, we all had it off work and school so Andy decided it was time I had a new car :)  I was not opposed to this idea but I actually didn't think he was serious!  but we walked away with a brand new 2012 Jetta!  Now if you know any of my past, you'll know that this is my THIRD Jetta!!  Which is actually really weird to me!!  My first car ever was a white Jetta, that I loved but it wasn't nearly as nice as this one, this car talks to me! 

This picture is super old and hilarious, but it was the Only one I could find of my old car!!  This was actually the morning we moved away to college in St. George, funny how things change ;)  but my original Jetta with my spiffy rims haha!!

Back to school...

This january I started back to school at SLCC, this is my first time in a school since that one semester at Dixie right after high school that I don't remember much of so it doesn't count. I'm going back for the occupational therapy assistant program which is a 2 year program, but I have to start from square 1 with my generals so it kinda sucks that it's going to take me 3 1/2 years to get it done but, one step at a time I guess. Andy is also back in school, going for his Metallurgical engineering degree, So basically for the next few years we are a bunch of school geeks :). But it will all be worth it in the end, or at least that's what I keep telling myself...

New year 2012

Happy new year!!  I've made some new resolutions and I'm stickin to 'em!! 

• Take the dogs on a walk at Least 4 days a week, they are very fat :(
• Take myself on a walk 5 days a week....same reason.....
• Stop Eating SoOOOooooOOOooo much sugar!!!  (my diet is fruit snacks, cereal, diet soda, cookies and candy, no joke)
• Save more money, I seem to always have money burning in my pocket and Target is my main spending spot, Must STOP!!
• Work out and get Buff!!  (I say this every year and it NeVeR happens)

Thats my list and, not very long but still, I'll manage to never accomplish it haha!  But if I don't make resolutions I feel like I've given up completely!!  If something is actually achieved I will post pictures :)



Christmas Day

Oh Christmas day, what a glorious day!!  Hahaha I guess for the kids I guess??  No it was a good day, we had Christmas morning at our house, and I didn't get any pictures becuase I had to help Rowan open everything, but they got a good Christmas from Santa.

After opening presents we all got ready and headed over to Andy's moms house and opened a million presents over there, Rowan got a scooter that he absolutely loves and runs over my toes all day with!!  Once again, no pictures, too busy.

Then we headed over to my moms for their presents and Dinner!

We also decided to take a few family pictures, here are the only ones that turned out decent....

None of us could take it seriously, so this is our lovely picture together :)

Brighton opening one of her presents...

They both got new bikes from my parents, Brighton got a purple Specialized bike and Rowan got this little cruiser, he is the devil on it, he's gonna break toes!!  Andy got me an Ipad and some Beautiful jewelry, and he got the best Christmas of all, he put a 6 inch lift on his truck, new rims and tires and a new chip and guage, so his truck is pretty awesome now, it was expensive but worth it :)
